Unfortunately, this offer is for our friends in the greater Seattle area only. Sorry, we would love to share with everyone but we simply do not have the funds to ship seitan all over the world at this time. Okay, now that we have covered the technicalities let’s move on.

You have probably heard it mentioned in the blog various times that we have created a line of Seitan that we plan on selling. Well, after a year or so of getting things together we are a step closer. We have been accepted to Kickstarter and will launch our campaign in a couple of days.

We have many fans of our food already but for those of you that haven’t tried it we would like to get you interested. In order to do this we have decided to give out free samples of our Flying Pig Bacon. Have you tried it before? Don’t worry we will give you samples too. Also, if there are any business’s in the area that would be willing to hand out samples please let us know. We would be very appreciative!

We will be doing samples every week until the kick starter is over. It’s just the two of us making it and I still need to keep my day job so I have limited time on the production line. We have yet to decide if we will be sampling out other varieties of the line or just keeping it simple with the bacon for now.
