I love Mexican food and want tacos no mater what diet I am following!
1 cup raw walnuts (soaked for one hour)
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds (soaked for one hour)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp red onion
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cumin*
1/4 tsp corriander*
1/4 tsp smoked paprika*
1/4 tsp ancho powder (or other chili powder)*
1/2 tsp sea salt
*not technically raw but many raw foodies use them anyway
Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until crumbly. Refrigerate for an hour before eating. Eat on taco’s, burritos, salad or by itself.
