Worthy of Sharing: Cheese Science

My friend Monica, who is  a real life vegan food scientist shared this article with me and I had to share with you. I wonder if this new company’s product will be able to stand up next to Daiya? It would be nice to get more variety of flavors, like smoked Gouda. Is there a cheese flavor you miss?
