Before becoming the Dad vegan I was a soldier, and then a rock n’ roll pro, two fields steeped in arrested adolescence where profanity is plentiful, approved of and expected. While I’ve toned it down in my old age it still pops up in uncontrollable ways, and such is the case with Mighty-O Donuts. It’s not in a negative way, quite the opposite, thinking of them as Mighty-mother-f’ng-O is my unfortunately foul-mouthed way of expressing my love for the O (in my head anyways).
Why the unbridled enthusiasm? The donuts are the freekin’ best donuts on the planet! See there I go again….. Don’t take my word for it, even the Food Network said so. Beyond the donuts, everything else about this place rocks, the vibe, the local art on the walls, ease of parking and most importantly THE STAFF! The staff is always friendly and cheerful, even on cold wet Sunday mornings when civilized folks are still in bed keeping their cats &/or dogs warm and they’re pretty easy on the eyes too. We’ve never had a whiff of attitude in there from the staff and we thank all of them for that.

I followed the donut link to your page last night and now follow you on fb. I am a newly wed and this will be my first Xmas withl my husband’s family. They are in Olympia and omnivores but are making a Tofurky for my dinner (which is the first time a S.O.’s family hasn’t just expected me to eat bread and sides)! Vegan donuts would be a wonderful treat for breakfast Xmas morning! PS I did not know Tofurky jerky existed! I will be ordering a case 🙂 Thank you!
