Corned Walnut and Pecan Pate

1 cup raw walnuts (soaked 2 hours)
1/4 raw pecans (soaked 2 hours)
1 small shallot
1 clove garlic
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/8 tsp clove powder
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp tamari
1/4 cup water

It’s a lot of ingredients but super easy! Drain nuts and put them in food processor with an S blade. Add all other ingredients. Turn on processor stopping every 30 seconds or so to scrape the sides. Continue to process until it becomes a paste. Eat with your favorite raw crackers or on your favorite raw bread.
