Black Bean Salad

1 can Black Beans drained
1 tomato diced
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1/4 Tsp ground Cumin
1/8 Tsp ground Oregano
1/4 cup Red wine Vinegar

Mix above ingredients.  Chill for 1 hour.  Serve.
