I would like to start this off by apologizing to Vegan Cuts for not getting this post up on time. It is disappointing when my life, like in this case work get in the way of the blog, and it seems to be happening more and more lately. Don’t get me wrong. I love my job and don’t mind my 47.5 hour work week, but these days 55+ hours seem like the new norm.

Okay, sorry for the whine. I just feel extremely guilty. Luckily, I have an amazing husband who swooped in to pick up my slack. He has been taking filming and editing classes to prepare for a future venture of ours, so decided, with the help of our daughter to film their Vegan Cuts experience. It made me giggle and I hope you all enjoy it too!
