One of the greatest benefits of being a blogger is hefty paycheck. Ha! Most of us don’t blog due to the salary which is nonexistent, but because we are passionate about the topic. The greatest benefits are the people we meet via the blog and the companies we love that notice the blog because you happened to use their product in a recipe.
Tofurky is one of those companies. We loved their product, used their stuff in some post, and in return they have given us a few shout outs and contributed to our 12 Days twice. These kind of connections are priceless!
You don’t need a recipe to enjoy Tofurky products. Seriously, we will open a package of hickory slices and eat them plain. However, we have a couple of recipes that Tofurky made possible that we thought we would share with you.

Around midnight Pacific time the day after a post, a recipient will be randomly chosen from the comments section. We will reveal the gift recipients via email and a reply in the comments. I seem to always have at least 2 Tofurky products in the house at all times. I like to have the hickory smoked deli slices for lunch during the work week.

Tofurky rocks! A toasted bagel covered with Earth Balance, Tofurky slices and Daiya heated in the microwave is the equivalent of comfort food bliss:)
