5 Rhubarb Recipes

I have garden envy. Growing up in California, I never lived in a place where I couldn’t grow a garden. After a few years of attempting a failed garden at our house in Seattle we gave up. The spot of land where we were able to grow only managed to suck up three hours of sun at the most, so things like tomatoes never ripened. Now that we have moved and are looking for a new place, a functional gardening spot is a must.

Everywhere I turn, there is a house with a beautiful garden producing fruits and vegetables. My envy has been somewhat productive taking ideas from each one for my future dream garden. One thing I have noticed growing in many of the gardens here in Salem, OR is rhubarb.

I know nothing about rhubarb! In my attempt to learn more I began searching the net and found these delicious looking recipes. Just click on the picture to get the recipe. Do you have a favorite rhubarb recipe? If so please share!
